In 1999, Béatrice Soulé produced the Ousmane Sow exhibition in Paris on the Pont des Arts. Her years of close association with the Senegalese sculptor were instrumental in amassing a huge photographic collection of the existing works, the artist at work, and his works in creation, from "Little Big Horn" to the most recent series on illustrious characters : Victor Hugo, Charles de Gaulle, Nelson Mandela, as well as the sculptor's own father, Moctar Sow.
